[COURSE FULL] 10/29-30: Join Us in Columbia for Serious Illness Conversation Instructor Training.

Join us at the SC Medical Association building in Columbia, SC on October 29 and 30 for the only Serious Illness Conversation (SIC) Instructor training course we will offer this month. The event is free, but you are asked to register below.

SPECIAL OFFER, OCTOBER ONLY: NO CHARGE —  includes all materials, FREE 13.5 CEUs (applied for), continental breakfast and lunch both days!

This training will equip you to train other clinicians to meet the goal of every seriously ill patient to have more, better, and earlier conversations with their clinicians about their goals, values, and priorities that will inform their future care.

The SIC Program was created by a team of palliative care experts at Ariadne Labs to address the challenges clinicians face in having conversations with their patients.

At the center of the program is the Serious Illness Conversation Guide.

Register by Oct 23, 2020 as space is limited.

If you are in a clinical role, whether provider, nurse, social worker, or chaplain, this course is for you.
